We understand that each event has its own dynamics and characteristics therefore we request that you provide us with as much preliminary information as possible so that we can customize our services to meet your specific needs and expectations.

An Event Manager will contact you within 48 hours to further discuss your needs and provide a cost estimate. Upon your request, our Events team will also be glad to schedule an appointment at your convenience to further discuss how CTS can help make your event successful.

Email Confirmations for your review within 24 hours |
CTS will email a reservation confirmation within 24 hours for all reservations. Reservations with omitted and or incorrect information will not be confirmed until proper research is done.

Contact passenger 24 hr in advance to confirm requirements |
Customer control agent will call all passengers 24 hours prior to assignment to provide pertinent information such as emergency phone numbers and airport arrival instructions.

Dispatcher on-duty will call all airport arriving passengers 5 minutes after flight posted times to provide arrival instructions.
